Like many pages this too is "under construction". But, it really is.
Now there is some kind of order but not yet so much as I hope.
Now (11.12.97) a serious rewriting and reconstructing is going on.
This means that quite many of pages are unavailable. Clicking them gives only that famous and the most common page of the net (404 not found).
