  IDE.phot.1_nonan.fits     = 3.6 micron image used in decompositions,
    			    NaN's removed, header modified to make
			    sure GALFIT works correctly

  IDE.1.finmask_nonan.fits  = corresponding mask-file

  IDE.phot.1_sigma.fits_ns  = -"- sigma-image

  PSF-1.composite.fits      = PSF-image 


Output from GALFIT decompositions

ascii-files:

  IDE_MODEL.outgal     files for up to 3 different decompositions,
                       identified with the MODEl-string.

  Contain decomposition output parameters (see GALFIT manual)
  Together with the above input fits-files, the user can immediately
  repeat the decompositions.


fits-files:

  IDE_MODEL.outgal_subcomps.fits   for up to 3 different decompositions,
                                   identified with the MODEl-string.  

  Contain decomposition output images (total model, components
  in various fits-extensions; see the GALFIT manual)
	
pdf-files:

 IDE_MODEL.outgal_profile.pdf            for up to 3 different decompositions,
 IDE_MODEL.outgal_residual.pdf           identified with the MODEl-string.


  Contain decomposition model profiles compared with observations,
  and model-observation residuals
