Accommodation
The accommodation is available at three hotels and one summer hotel. Reservations will be handled on a 'first come, first served' basis. All reservations and changes related to the accommodation should be requested from Congress Oulu. The hotel accommodation is offered at specially reduced Conference prices.

Lasaretti is pleasantly situated in the centre of the town, on the Oulujoki River delta area. In the Hotel Lasaretti there are 49 well-equipped rooms, beds for 87 quests, sauna, swimming pool and sauna meeting room. All the rooms are air-conditioned and available only for non-smokers and those suffering from allergies.

Summer Hotel Oppimestari is located in the vicinity of Hotel-restaurant Lasaretti and City Park. There is a lounge, a television, a payphone and a small coffee shop located in the lobby.
IMPORTANT: Summerhotel will be closed on August 6, so you will have to change your hotel for the weekend. Hotel Lasaretti has lower prices during the weekend and is prepared to accept guests from Oppimestari. Transportation of luggage will be provided.
Please note: Breakfasts are served in summer hotel’s own restaurant (Restaurant Mortteli) only on August 3-6. On August 1-2 breakfasts are served in Hotel Lasaretti.

Cancellation policy, hotel rooms
For hotel room cancellations received at the latest on by July16th, 2010 will be free of charge. For hotel room cancellations thereafter, full room price must be paid.
