Registration

The on-line registration is now active. The registration fees are as follows:

In addition to the scientific program, the regular and student registrations include the abstract book, the opening ceremony, lunches and coffee breaks during the scientific program, the get-together reception, the conference tour to the Arctic Circle, and the conference dinner. The registration for the accompanying persons includes the opening ceremony, the get-together reception, the reception at the City Hall of Oulu, the conference tour to the Arctic Circle, some excursions to places of local interest, and the Conference dinner.

If you need an invitation letter from the organisers in order to obtain a VISA, please e-mail a request to congressoulu@ouka.fi. Please note that an invitation letter can only be sent to you once your registration payment has been received.

The on-line registration requires the payment by credit card. Alternatively, you can print the registration form and send it by regular mail in which case you can also send your payment by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received at the latest on 16th of June 2010: a full refund less a processing fee of 30 EUR. Cancellations received June 17 – July 16: 50% refund less a processing fee of 30 EUR. Cancellations received after July: No refund will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

A registration is considered binding when the participant's information has been stored in the registration data base and the participant has received the first e-mail confirmation of the received registration.
