STANDSIM: Simulation of vegetation standAfter my adventures with humped-back species richness model, I have started to look for scale-independent ways of estimating diversity. For this purpose, I made a very simple program to simulate vegetation stand, and to sample it with quadrats of various sizes. The program is compiled with djgpp v2, and should run in Windows MSDOS prompt.
