6.12.2006 Nirppu had a gentleman visitor from Norway for one week. We will anxiously be waiting results later in february.

9.9.2006 Troya's first official lure coursing competition. Points in qualification 230, points in final 225. Total points 455, position 11th out of 29 whippets, CQ.

4.8.2006 - 6.8.2006 Nirppu competed in junior class in Sawo Show 2006. Competition resulted VG - 2

6.1.2006 - 7.1.2006 Nirppu was placed as first in her class in Kajaanin tamminäyttely

8.12.2005 Troya hurt his leg and luckily he is healing very well

15.8.2005 Troya moved in to Koiramäki

14.8.2005 Manchester terrier open show in Porvoo; Nirppu was placed as third in puppies.

Breed and pedigree

Bonwild Be My Love aka Nirppu was born April 24th, 2005. Along her 2 bitches were born. Dyanitos Apropå aka Troya was born with 2 dogs exactly same day with Nirppu. The official pedigrees for Nirppu and for Troya can be found in registry updated by the Finnish Kennel Club.

Nirppu is manchester terrier. Manchester terriers are not too common in Finland, since around 20 puppies are registered annually and the overall number of manc hester terriers in Finland at the moment (year 2005) is around 250. The breed of Troya is Whippet.

Details

Nirppu is very lively dog with endless amount of curiousness. From very beginning it has became very obvious, that she just loves sunbathing and above all, no one should go to sauna without her! Even though she loves warmth she is n ot scared of cold either - she just loves to spend endless amounts of time outside, no matter the weather. One of her favourite "hobbies" in the winter time is to sleep on one's lap under the blanket.

Troya is our surprise family member. Seems like Nirppu has found her a really good personal trainer since it's obvious that Whippet's love running - as do Manchester terriers. Troya is calm and pieceful dog who fears nothing. Troya does not like warmth too much - but he does hate cold.

Both of the dogs have been introduced to dog racing. They both enjoy running and chasing the "rabbit". Dog racing will be their hobby next year as well as new hobby, agility.
