REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION

The deadline for registration and payments is March 9th 2009. After this (already extended dealine) the organizers can not guarantee accommodation.

The registration fee for the XXXI Finnish NMR Symposium will be 200 EUR, and that includes:

  • Conference materials and facilities
  • Lunches (Thu, Fri)
  • Dinner (Thu)
  • Coffee or tea during the breaks
  • Get-together (Wed)
  • Chartered bus transportation (Oulu-Ruka-Oulu)

The accommodation will be in the Hotel Rantasipi Rukahovi. On the registration form you are asked for the days of your arrival and departure, choise of the room type (single/double) and, in case of a double room, the name of your roommate.

  • Single room (superior): 79 EUR/night/person (incl. VAT)
  • Double room (superior): 45 EUR/night/person (incl. VAT)

The accommodation is payed in advance with the conference fee and the organizers will take care of the reservations and payments for the hotel thenceforth. The payments can be done with credit card or by a regular bank transfer to the bank account:

Please make sure, that the word XEMAT (even if you are only attending the Finnish NMR Symposium) and your name is clearly stated on the payment (Ref: XEMAT/Your Name)!


If you wish to also attend the XeMat 2009 (June 7th - 10th), you can register and reserve your accommodation on the same form. For the Finnish NMR Symposium attendees, the extra registration fee for the XeMat 2009 is 300 EUR + accommodation. The fee includes the conference materials, lunches (Mon, Tue, Wed), dinners (Mon, Tue), Get-together (Sun), trip to the Predator Center (Tue), transportation Oulu-Ruka-Oulu, and the coffee service during the breaks.

There are reduced registration fees for the accompanying persons; 150 EUR (for Finnish NMR Symposium only) and 400 EUR (for XeMat and the Finnish NMR Symposium). These prices include lunches, coffees and dinners as well as the social program (visit to the predator center, get-together and farewell party). It is assumed that the accompanying person stays in the same room. If you have questions or special requests, please contact the members of the organizing committee.
