When you are presenting a product to an interested audience, make sure you can focus on what is important for them.

All too often, enthusiastic entrepreneurs focus on the technical features of the products or services they are selling, and forget that their audience are mainly interested in the benefits that they can gain from using the product or service.

- what are the features of the product or service (FEATURES)
- what advantages does it offer (ADVANTAGES)
- what are the benefits that users get from using the product (BENEFITS)

Identify the feature, advantage and benefit in the following example. Drag the label (on the right) to the part of example that it matches.
